I don’t remember when I first learned about Tapping. Maybe it was a bunch of years ago when I used to listen to Hay House Radio a lot! I had the pleasure of meeting Louise Hay twice, once in New York at The Town Hall and once in Boston at a lecture. It was really special. Tapping is great and it’s one of my calming tools. It was just mentioned recently in a few conversations-i go through spurts where i do it for five or ten minutes daily and then I kind of let it go. I have been in a forgotten about it place so now it’s time to do it more regularly again. This man Brad Yates had tons of topics and examples on You Tube and I just tap with him. I invite you to try it on any bunch of topics. Let me know how you feel. And good luck!

I have always wondered if tapping was affective. I think I will look into it a little more. Does it take a long time to master?
I have heard of this, but haven’t tried. Thanks for the recommendations.
