This is the current album that I am listening to courtesy of Echo Dot a wonderful Hanakah present this year. i basically enjoy it almost every day. I love in the morning when I am still tired to ask it to play Hello Dolly or Put on Your Sunday Clothes from Hello Dolly. How I loved seeing Bette Midler in that show! Her love and joy radiated throughout the theater. I found the above musician by chance when I lived in Boston and frequented the Rizzoli Book Store-they played all kinds of cool music that was not mainstream. He is an amazing artist. So I wanted to just catch up on my day now-it is 4:48pm and I worked this morning with the young boy for three hours-that went well. We went to the park again all bundled up after we finished four games of Checkers. He won his first game today! I was happy for him! I also realized that winning feels much better than losing. I went to the pool for forty minutes and now I am waiting for my hair to hopefully dry naturally soon as I have a wake to go to. A friend of my husband’s -we were out of touch for a number of years for no apparent reason. I saw it on facebook. His wife had a stroke. It’s very shocking. sad and frightening. My husband played high school Varsity soccer with this man. They were at our wedding. They are/were sweet people, sweet friends. Then thank goodness I will have dinner with friends tonight. Since I live alone as far as humans go, my dog is really wonderful to have here, I don’t have to compromise wall colors etc etc etc. So have been enjoying keeping my birthday cards around even though my birthday was in February and on another wall older birthday cards are mixed in my 45’s of my youth.
